Here are some of Judy's recipes for you to enjoy!
Jack's Favorite Lunch
Every day Jack likes to have two pieces of Ezekiel bread with sesame seeds toasted.
On it we put:
- Grape Seed Extract Vegennaise (has purple on the label)
- shredded Romaine lettuce;
- a spread made of (you may not be able to picture this but it is really good) cooked lima beans, Vegennaise, fresh dill, garlic powder, Old
Bay seasoning mixed in the Cuisinart.
- On top is sprinkled dried dill.
This is our "better than egg salad!"
