Comments on the
progress of our newest book.
We are moving along at a
rapid pace on our next book which will be titled The Supernatural Power of the Living Word of God. I have completed Draft #2 of this book. Judy now has started to add her writing and
comments. When she gave me the first
chapters of her editing and writing she attached a note saying, “Jack, this new
book is A+++.” We thank God for His
anointing on this book. We pray that
many people will be blessed abundantly by this book when it is published in
2007.
You now can refer our
website to others. We have been working diligently on our website www.lamplight.com for several months. We believe that all of the challenges
finally have been resolved. Our website
now contains our last four newsletters.
If you refer this website to people you know who face adversity, we
believe they will be blessed. Our
website contains comments from 525 people in 39 different countries who have
been helped by our books and Scripture cards.

Our current activity
in the Philippines. During the past three and a half years I have been in
close contact with Rev. Jack Malone in the Philippines. Jack is anointed in the area of winning
souls. He believes that the Lord will
give his ministry 180,000 souls in 2006 alone.
He is on track to reach this goal.
His goal is to reach a total harvest of 300,000 people who have given
their lives to Jesus Christ by the end of this year. Jack’s long term goal is to reach a million souls for Jesus.
Jack
and I send an average of approximately 100 emails back and forth each year. You might be interested in a project we have
been communicating about in recent weeks. Jack is very concerned about the
spiritual condition of pastors in the Philippines. In a recent email he said, “The ministers here are so poor. Their faith is even poorer. These pastors are powerless. They are deeply religious, but spiritually
dead. I want very much to help them.
“The
Holy Spirit is dealing with me to present a faith seminar for hundreds of
pastors here. My two day seminar will
be on material from Exchange Your Worries
for God's Perfect Peace. I first
would do a trial run with several local pastors. I am not talking about spending a lot of money because I reserve
money for crusades.”
We
are physically and financially unable to send a large number of copies of this
book to the Philippines. The cost of
sending these books would be very high.
We also have no funds set aside for reprinting books once they are out
of print. Because we give most of our
books away, we do not have funds for reprinting as other publishers do.
I
believe the Lord is showing us an effective and inexpensive way to assist Jack
in presenting these seminars. I am
communicating with Jack about preparing an outline for his seminars that will
consist of selected Scripture references from Exchange Your Worries for God's Perfect Peace and some brief
comments on each of these Scripture references.
Since
we have the copyright on this book we can give Jack several pages of printed
material from this book to distribute at these seminars. Jack can give a copy of this handout to each
pastor who is in attendance. He then
can teach from the Scripture on these pages.
I will offer any help that I can to assist Jack in preparing for these
faith seminars.
Lamplight
Ministries will pay all costs for this project. In addition to the large amount of time I will invest in putting
together this scriptural outline, we will pay the secretarial costs to
transcribe this material. We then will
email all of these pages to Jack Malone.
We will reimburse him for any costs that he incurs in the Philippines to
have a large number of copies of this handout printed and stapled
together.
If
the Lord puts it on your heart to contribute to Lamplight Ministries to help us
to help these needy pastors in the Philippines, we would greatly appreciate

Our current activity in Zambia. Another country where Lamplight Ministries has been
actively involved is the country of Zambia.
The needs in Zambia are great.
One in every six adults in Zambia lives with HIV. Life expectancy at birth for Zambians has
fallen below forty years.
For many years we have been actively involved in
extensive email correspondence with Rev. Jim Koshita. Jim is actively involved in winning souls in Zambia. Jim often goes into rural areas of Zambia to
preach the gospel. He risks his life to
share Jesus in many places that are Moslem strongholds. Jim does a great deal of street
evangelism. He has led many Moslems and
other unbelievers to eternal salvation through Jesus Christ.
Jim also periodically has open air meetings that he
calls crusades. He is currently
planning crusades for the remainder of 2006 and 2007. In addition to his street ministry and crusades, God also has opened
doors for Jim’s ministry in 18 secondary schools in the eastern province of
Zambia. He has received approval from headmasters
in these schools to preach the gospel to teachers and the students for two
days. Each school has at least 800
students. This has never happened
before. Jim has asked me to ask you to
pray for him.
Jim is praying that God will provide his ministry with
the resources they need to reach many lost souls. He is believing God to raise up the money to put up a radio
station in the eastern province of Zambia.
He has received approval from the government to proceed in this area.

We are closely involved with Jim and we can give you complete assurance
of the integrity and anointing on his ministry. Pastor Jim and the members of his church continually pray for
Lamplight Ministries and our contributors.

Pray about how you can give to the poor. Consider every opportunity as giving
directly to the Lord. God calls it
lending it to Himself when we give to the poor (see Proverbs 19:17). Can you imagine giving a loan to God? This is exactly what God says happens when
we give to the poor. Give in the name
of Jesus Christ.
You might want to send a contribution to Lamplight
Ministries for the children of the orphanage at India Gospel Fellowship. Lamplight Ministries tithes each month on
our gross income. Our ministry
currently is the primary source of support for this orphanage. If you designate your gift to go to this
orphanage, we will send 100% of your gift to the children at IGF.
We also have interesting news to share with you about
what God has recently done in England.
God has answered our prayer and the prayer of Godfried Negeyev who was
born in Ghana and now lives in London, England. After Godfried read Trust
God for Your Finances he asked God for a way to use his talents and
abilities for the spread of God’s kingdom.
Godfried has a deep respect for our
publications. I recently talked on the
telephone with Godfried. He believes
that God’s message in our publications is greatly needed in the United
Kingdom. He and I both saw that he can
extend the ministry of Lamplight Ministries by representing us to the people of
England. He is led to do this
especially through the internet which is his area of training.
A bond has been created between Jack and me and
Godfried and his wife and children. We
are partnering with him to provide our publications in England. We have sent Godfried 40 books and all of
our Scripture cards free of charge to begin his ministry of distributing our
publications. Godfried will pay for the
shipping, but we were led of the Lord to make this initial offering to help him
get started. Please pray for Godfried and his family and this ministry.
I also would like to share with you a burden we have
on our hearts for our nation. If you
look at the shelves of public libraries, you will not find many Christian
books. We would like to ask if you
would take some of our books to your public library and donate them. We will send a limited number of books to
you at no charge. We also will pay the
postage. We believe that people will
check these books out of these libraries and that these people will be filled
with the Word of God, draw closer to God, or come to know Him if they do not.
Please pray also for Jack and myself, for Lamplight
Ministries, and for Elizabeth, Judy M, Gail, Marie, Jean and Naomi who work
