Judy’s SOS! NEWS! (Salvation, Oxygen, Sunshine, Nutrition, Exercise, Water, and Scripture)
1. SALVATION: I surrendered by life to Jesus Christ in July of 1967 at age 27, beginning my relationship with our heavenly Father through His Son Jesus Christ. I had believed as long as I can remember, but I did not have a relationship with God. “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God; ( Romans 3:23) “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23); “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10; and “These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.: (I John 5:13) This decision is the single most important decision I have ever made in my life. My heavenly Father in the Bible has provided the answer to every question of life. More importantly, He loves us all so much that He sent His Son to take all our sin upon Himself, so that we can live in Him now and with Him for all eternity.
2 OXYGEN: I breath diaphramatically at least 10 minutes each day, breathing from my abdomen, breathing in for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, out for 5 seconds, and hold for 5 seconds. I am oxygenating my body. I try to breathe through my abdomen all day, especially when I am on my 30 minute walk where I walk as fast as I can and then normally and continue intervals.
3. SUNSHINE: I spend at least 30 minutes a day in the sun, never getting sunburned, but exposing as much of my body as possible to the sunshine. I do not use sunscreen over 15 and always use one that does not contain chemicals.
4. NUTRITION: I follow a plant-based, nutrient dense food plan, consuming food that has maximum nutrients to feed my cells, about 75 to 80 per cent raw, organic. I consume no dairy, eggs, meat, wheat, or oil. A typical day includes a glass of Berry Barley Max (see www.myhdiet.com-my Health Minister Number is #289 out of over 10,000-if you decide to order from them and would like for me to be your Health Minister, please put in my Health Minister number 289); I also take B-Flax-D, Nascent Iodine and Professional Strength Probiotics from them as well; sometimes a smoothie with 1/2 frozen organic banana, 1/4 cup of frozen organic blueberries, 1 scoop of Barley Max, 1 Tablespoon of ground flax seed, a handful of organic spinach, and 1 cup of oat milk; a piece or two of fruit in the morning, especially grapefruit which is alkaline; sometimes I will have unsweetened coconut yogurt with chia seed, flax seed, and fruit; for lunch a salad with lots of greens and broccoli with no oil dressing; in the afternoon I enjoy tangerines or berries; for supper I often have a rice wrap with veggies and a salad, sometimes two, and a coconut juice bar. I drink half my weight in water with lemon throughout the day. My protein levels are always in the correct range.

I have bicycle pedals under my desk to bicycle while I work:) I walk my dog, Nellie Mae, at l east 30 minutes each day.
6. WATER: I have a small water distiller on my counter and distill water several times a day. I add lemon juice to alkalinize the water. I drink 1/2 my weight in water throughout the day.
7. SCRIPTURE: The Word of God, the Bible, is for spiritual, mental, and physical health. “A merry heart does good like medicine.” I have a “Read-through-the-Bible-in-a-year Bible which I read daily; I read 5 Psalms each day, starting with Psalm 1, 11, 31, 61, and 91 and continuing consecutively each day which takes me through the Psalms each month. I read a Proverb each day. I select verses to put on 3 by 5 cards to carry with me. Some chapters I read often, such as Psalm 91 and I Corinthians 13. I download free prayer maps for the world and for the U.S. on George Eastman’s Every Home for Christ (ehc.org) and send for the books and include a donation. The Word of God, the Bible, bathes me in God’s love and His joy.
